Supplybits Terms And Conditions

We are Supplybits Ltd.
When you (person named on order) place an order with us you do so under the
following terms and conditions:

  1. Prices
    We offers goods for sale through our website
    The prices we quote always include VAT at the applicable rate.
  2. Order Acceptance
    We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed order acceptance to your order request.
    We reserve the right to refuse any order and any order cancelled will have the funds made by you returned.
  3. Payment
    All our goods are offered to you on a full payment with order basis.
    The payment is processed by PayPal and Supplybits does not deal with your money transactions.
    We only accept orders if payment is made in full.

  4. Dispatch
    We will normally dispatch your goods within 3 working days.
    The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you.
  5. Delivery
    We will deliver your order to any UK address. Our standard delivery uses a national carrier and your goods should be with you within 5-7 working days.
    Delivery may take longer, especially if you live in remote areas of the UK.
    (Remote Areas: Highlands and islands of Scotland - IV, HS, KA27-28, KW,
    PA20-49, PPA60-78, PH30-44 PH49-50, ZE, Northern Island - BT, IM, TR21-25).
    In most cases we will require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you.

  6. Stock Level
    Supplybits maintains a large stock but on occasions of unexpectedly high demand we may unfortunately run out. If this happens we may delay your order by a couple of days while stock is replenished. You will be informed via Email of this or any other problem.

  7. 30 Day Refund
    Once your order has been dispatched and received you may return the goods for a Full refund, provided the goods are in original condition, with packaging and that they are returned within 30 Days of the purchase date. Please note to be refunded for shipping costs, a returns authorisation number must be requested within 7 working days otherwise the refund will be for the goods only.
    In this situation it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your expense.
    Supplybits will not be held responsible for any returned items lost or damaged and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to supplybits "as sold". In the event of goods returned damaged or not received, no refund will be given. Supplybits recommends using a reliable insured carrier to protect you the buyer.
    Please note before returning any goods please obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN) by emailing clearly stating the reasons for return.

  8. Faulty Goods
    In the unlikely event of faulty goods please Email:
    Goods can be returned for replacement or repair. All we ask is that you provide an explanation of the problem and details of purchase.
    Please note most of the goods available on Supplybits are manufactured to British Standards,
    as such they are tested and made to very high standards and faults are very unlikely.
  9. Mistakes And Unforeseen Circumstances
    Human error is also possible and in the unlikely event that prices and goods are incorrectly offered we will try our best honour our offer. There may be circumstances where it is not possible for us to do so. In such a case we will contact you and explain the situation, if we are unable to solve the matter fairly, we reserve the right to refuse your order and refund any payment you have made.
    Where unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, wars and power cuts interfere with business we will try to maintain our service. We shall have no liability to you for any failure which is due to unforeseen circumstances or any other situation outside our control.
  10. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights. If there is a problem you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms stated above. our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. No compensation will be given for delivery delays or failures.
    We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administration inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by the way of compensation other than any refund we make under these terms and conditions, This will always be limited to a refund of your payment.
    These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law.
